Financial Systems Manager to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington D.C. offices.
This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices.
The Financial Systems Manager oversees the firm’s financial technology platforms, ensuring the efficient operation and support of financial workflows and strategies. This role supports system functionality, implementation of process improvements and system upgrades.

On a typical day you will:- Manage and maintain financial systems, including Aderant Expert, Chrome River, Intapp Time, Sage and other systems, as assigned.
- Serve as finance technology lead for various financial technology projects, including software implementations and upgrades, template development and integrations to the financial systems.
- Works in unison with the finance and IT teams to ensure ongoing system functionality while maintaining a high level of governance and oversight.
- Proactively identifies and implements system improvements and process enhancements.
- Determinedly troubleshoots financial system issues.li>
- Oversee systems maintenance, upgrades and configuration.
- Serves as the primary liaison between finance and IT.
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve system issues.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Extensive background in legal financial systems, including Aderant Expert.
- Experience with SQL and API development
- Skilled in reporting platforms, specifically SSRS and Power BI
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

- Proven leadership experience in a financial setting.

Washington StateThe annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $138,000 to $157,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 11 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program.
