About the role:- Evaluate new investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, and initial underwriting.
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
- Lead due diligence across financial, operational, commercial, and industry-specific work streams.
- Work closely with management teams, advisors, and lenders throughout the transaction process.
- Support portfolio companies post-close through performance tracking, strategic initiatives, and value creation efforts.
