Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall governance and delivery of the SAP Central Finance and General Ledger workstream
* Own SAP GL Code Block Design, Financial Consolidation, and statutory reporting decisions
* Lead Fit-to-Standard design workshops and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) sessions
* Document fit/gap outcomes and drive resolution of business and system requirements
* Direct the development of Process Design Documents (PDDs) for General Ledger, Consolidation, and statutory processes
* Review Chart of Accounts cross-reference and mapping tables
* Coordinate alignment across Finance, Technical, and Data work streams
* Ensure the future-state SAP S/4
HANA GL and Group Reporting design meets business reporting and control requirements
* Facilitate key design and decision-making workshops
* Drive documentation and approval of Key Decision Documents (KDDs)
* Escalate unresolved architecture, scope, and governance decisions to program leadership
* Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables associated with the CFIN/GL workstream
* Serve as a key liaison with Finance leadership regarding design, implementation, and project risks
Define and maintain the enterprise financial data model, including:
* SAP Enterprise Structure
* GL Code Block
* Chart of Accounts
* Reporting attributes and hierarchies
* Intercompany segments
* Revenue-related segmentsRequirements
* Bachelor's degree required
* 9+ years of relevant experience
* Strong hands-on SAP Central Finance (CFIN) experience
* Strong SAP Finance and SAP FICO experience
* Experience leading large-scale SAP implementations
* SAP S/4
HANA General Ledger design experience
* Strong understanding of financial consolidation and statutory reporting
* Experience with Chart of Accounts and financial data-model design
* Experience leading finance design workshops and requirements sessions
* Strong understanding of finance processes, financial controls, and reporting requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
* Ability to coordinate complex activities across Finance, Technology, and Data teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP S/4
HANA Finance transformation experience
* SAP Group Reporting experience
* Experience with Central Finance implementations involving multiple source systems
* Experience with Process Design Documents, RTMs, and Key Decision Documents
* Experience supporting large enterprise finance transformation programs
