10+ years of actuarial consulting experience, preferably in pension and retirement

Relevant professional credentials, potentially including FSA, EA, ASA, or MAAA

Extensive experience with defined benefit pension plans and actuarial valuations

Strong client relationship management and advisory experience

Experience reviewing or overseeing actuarial deliverables

Ability to advise senior executives, finance leaders, trustees, or plan sponsors

Experience mentoring actuarial professionals and leading project teams

Strong commercial judgment and consulting capabilities

Multiemployer pension and benefit plans

Corporate retirement consulting

OPEB valuations and financial reporting

Pension funding strategy and risk management

Practice leadership and business development

Large or complex client engagements
