Summary
Provide personalized beauty experiences for Nordstrom customers while driving sales for luxury beauty brands. Build customer relationships in store and through digital selling, with a focus on makeup, skincare, and current beauty trends.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
- Book appointments, support beauty events, and build customer loyalty.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges; maintain an organized, customer-ready department.
- Stay current on beauty products, trends, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain active during shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
