• One‑on‑one personal in‑home care focusing on ADLs
• Day & evening shifts (no night shift currently)
• Weekdays and weekends available
• Bonus pay for certain holidays
• Earn more the longer you stay with us (bonus every 500 hours first year) and referral bonuses
• Promotion opportunities to Care Manager / Social Worker, Community Liaison, Marketer, Trainer, Office Manager, General Manager, Owner
• COVID‑19 considerations: PPE supplied, latest training and protocols
• Reliable transportation:
  Must have a driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable car. You can drive your own car and earn $0.65 per mile.

• Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA in Washington state (or MSW with $22/hr base pay)
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable car for mileage reimbursement
• Ability to provide compassionate, person‑centered care
