We have an amazing opportunity for aFull Life Care - Home Caregiver (Beacon Hill Seattle) to join our team!

We are hiring
** Home Caregivers
** to join our team!

This role offers paid training and certifications, as well as medical, dental, vision care and more for our team members working 20 hours or more per week, as well as many unique benefits for our full and part time team members!
** These positions are represented by SEIU . We are offering Full Time and Part Time opening, with paid training and certification! The pay for these roles are $21.49 - $24.99 per hour depending on experience and prior certifications.
**** Our Home Care Aides:
*** Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, assistance with restroom and hygiene, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.
* Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
* Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
* Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
** What you need to succeed:
*** Must be at least 18 years or older
* High School diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required.
* Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English. Additional languages are preferred.
* Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions
* The ability to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required
* Reliable transportation to and from client's home, personal vehicle is preferred.
* Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings as required.
