Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends.

Pay range: $22.65 - $26.90 per hour. Salary offers are based on experience and qualifications, and successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams). Maintain appropriate phlebotomy logs.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify test/client orders using lab technology systems, client contacts, and approved tools.
• Use a computer to accurately enter data, billing information, and collect payments when required. Follow corporate policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
• Perform non‑patient facing duties (inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, email).
• Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
• Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.

• Must hold a state phlebotomy license (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic). Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination required.
