As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you will be part of a team that delivers hands‑on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers across the nation, or virtually through our tele‑behavioral health platform. You will conduct individual, family and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders.

You will develop each patient’s individualized treatment plan and work with the interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan.

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on your caseload
  • Complete biopsychosocial, self‑harm and suicide assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members
  • Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed
• Complete clinical paperwork for each patient on caseload
  • Treatment plans
  • Individual and family therapy progress notes and group notes
  • Wellness plan and aftercare plan
  • Discharge summary
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team

• Master’s or Doctorate degree required in counseling or related field
• Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy
• Experience with individual/family therapy preferred

• Has obtained and maintains a full clinical mental health license as required by state
• Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities

• At least 3 years post licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma‑related disorders
• Some experience supervising other clinicians
• Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases

• Primary Therapist I: $80,000 – $90,000
• Primary Therapist II: $90,500 – $105,000
• Primary Therapist III: $105,000 – $125,000
