$2000.00 Signing Bonus! Lead a High-Performing Ophthalmic Surgical Team

Are you a clinically grounded ASC leader who runs a tight operation - calm, disciplined, and survey-ready every day? Do you keep surgeons moving, patients safe, and teams engaged without chaos or guesswork?

Northwest Eyes is seeking an experienced ASC Manager (RN) to lead our high-performance ophthalmic Ambulatory Surgery Center in Seattle.

Northwest Eyes is a nationally recognized ophthalmic medical and surgical practice known for advanced technology, specialty expertise, and exceptional patient outcomes. We believe operational excellence starts with accountability, clarity, and a culture where people are respected and heard.

This role is built for someone who already understands ASC leadership- and knows that readiness, quality, and culture are not projects, but systems.

Why Northwest Eyes
  • Lead a focused, high-performance ophthalmic ASC with visible impact
  • Real autonomy with real accountability
  • Support from a nationally recognized, progressive practice
  • Monday
    - Friday schedule- no weekends or holidays
A culture that values discipline, respect, and operational excellence

  • Lead infection prevention, risk management, and incident follow-up
Reduce variation and close gaps before they become problems

  • Ensure airtight instrument reprocessing and infection prevention workflows
  • Maintain continuous readiness- not reactive, fixed

Regulatory & Survey Readiness

  • Maintain compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage, accreditation standards, and Washington ASC regulations

Physician & Financial Partnership

  • Serve as the operational counterpart to surgeons- anticipating needs and standardizing where it matters
  • Partner with leadership on labor management, supply chain discipline, and budget performance
