Since 1973, Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) has been working toward social justice and offering a broad array of behavioral health programs, human services and civic engagement activities for Asians, Pacific Islanders, and other underserved communities in King County and beyond.

Competitive Benefits Package Includes- Pay range is between $58,400 to $63,100 annually. Can increase based on experience.
- ACRS pays 100% for employee only HMO/Virtual Plus medical benefits. Additional options are covered anywhere from 75% to 85%.

- 32 hours (max) of wellness leave per year, available to use upon hire, no waiting period. Wellness leave hour amount is subject to proration based on the calendar month of hiring.
- Conducts initial screenings for SUD services, schedules appointments, verifies client eligibility, and reviews required intake documentation. Ensures clients are prepared for services and connected to appropriate staff.
- Welcomes clients, checks them in for appointments, collects signatures for all consents, and provides guidance on policies and processes. Collects collateral documents to support SUD assessment. Arranges interpreter for intake.
- Administers UAs as requested by counselors or supervisors, follows all chain‑of‑custody protocols, and documents results in Epic. Submits UA supply order to the lab/ensure supply restock. Prepares UA for UPS pick‑up. Ensures testing is conducted in a professional, respectful, and confidential manner.
- Accurately enters and updates client information, schedules, and group rosters in Epic. Updates counselor scheduling templates and generates reports as needed.
- Ensures accurate client registration and intake data to support billing requirements for SUD services. Collaborates with billing staff to resolve discrepancies. Helps ensure agency revenue integrity and compliance with payer requirements.
