• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• 1 + years of experience working as a full‑time Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about patient care.
• Exceptional palpation skills with above‑average hand/grip strength.
• Genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred).

• $84,000‑$100,000+ (first year) for PTs with 1‑3 years of experience.
• $90,000‑$120,000+ (first year) for PTs with 3+ years of experience.
