The Clinical Care Coordinator MA‑C will play an integral role in the functioning of Swedish Medical Group’s Population Health team, delivering an improved care experience to our patients while supporting the organization’s value‑oriented, accountable care commitments. The primary responsibility is to coordinate patient care, navigate workflows, and support quality processes.

- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, registered apprenticeship, or post‑secondary education with a clinical externship.
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
- At least 2 years of healthcare experience.
- Active national Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMT, RMA, CCMA, or NCCT) upon hire.
- 3 years of experience in an outpatient/clinic/ambulatory setting.
$26.06 – $39.88 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
