Harborview Medical Center’s (HMC) new, innovative 4MB – Planned Surgical unit offers an outstanding opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs).
Unit DetailsThe 4MB unit is the first in‑patient, innovative virtual care unit in the UW Medicine system. It will be a 20‑bed inpatient acute‑care unit with telemetry monitoring. 4MB specializes in planned spine surgery patients and other planned surgical cases. The unit opened in Spring 2025.

Harborview Medical Center Campus – Seattle, First Hill
Requirements- Acute care nursing experience.
- WA State RN license.
- Two–three years of current or recent acute care/medical‑surgical nursing experience, including demonstrated skill and preference for adult education (preceptor, unit‑based skills, etc.).
Pay Range Minimum: $94,824.00 annual – Pay Range Maximum: $ annual.
Other Compensation: BSN (or higher degree) premium $1.00/hour, Specialty Certs premium $1.25/hour, Night Shift premium $4.50/hour, Evening Shift premium $2.50/hour, Weekend Shift premium $4.00/hour. Overtime pay and relocation assistance available.
