Do you take pride in caring for older adults and helping them live comfortably and independently? We'd love to meet you. We're expanding our team of compassionate caregivers to serve West Seattle, White Center, Burien, and nearby communities.

Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour, depending on experience and certifications

Weekly pay - always on time

Shift Availability:
Flexible daytime shifts (4 to 8 hours) - weekend availability is a plus!

Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. • Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to lift clients’ spirits.
• Help with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and meal prep.
• Maintain safe and welcoming homes with light cleaning and organization.
• Support clients by attending appointments and running essential errands.
• Provide a consistent, caring presence in clients’ everyday lives.

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Previous hands‑on experience caring for older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift
• Clear background check and drug test
