Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Elaia Spa as an On‑Call Massage Therapist. The role provides an exceptional experience to the guests of Hyatt at Olive 8, a LEED‑certified hotel dedicated to eco‑friendly practices and community wellness.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments to guests.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attain and hold appropriate massage therapy certifications.
- Maintain physical stamina for lifting moderate weights and standing for long periods.
- Be available for flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
The hourly rate ranges from $17.13 to $18.49. Starting rate $17.13/hour. Established rate for colleagues with four years or more is $17.47/hour. Lead colleagues eligible for lead rate of $18.13/hour; those with four years or more at $18.49/hour. On‑call colleagues not eligible for four‑year rate.
Additional compensation: 20% service charge on guest services, 18% distributed to therapist; full gratuity distributed to providing therapist; 15% commission on services; shift differential of $4/hour for hours worked on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If both Saturday & Sunday worked, additional $4/hour for remaining week.
