Job Description

Harborview Medical Center - Laundry and Linen Department has an outstanding opportunity for Linen Services Attendant.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Day Shift
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
  • As part of the Patients Are First healthcare team, our Linen Services Attendant contributes to a clean and safe environment for everyone who comes through our doors
  • Provide prompt courteous service
  • Be a part of a team dedicated to supporting UW Medicine where Patients Are First
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver clean linen carts for patient care units and clinics within the hospital
  • Restock and build clean linen carts
  • Collect and transport soiled linen to soiled holding areas at the loading dock
  • Meet laundry trucks and ensure all orders are correct
  • Maintain and keep accurate records of linen stock levels
REQUIREMENTS
  • Six months of full-time experience as a Stockroom Attendant/Linen Services Attendant
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements
Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum: $45,288.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum: $54,732.00 annual
