Position: Patient Services Specialist 2- Harborview Medical Center Medical Specialties Clinic

has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • Fixed Duration Assignment (40 hours per week)
  • This is a three month work assignment
  • Day Shift
  • Monday – Friday

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
  • Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
  • Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
  • Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
  • Other duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • AND
  • One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
  • OR
  • An equivalent combination of education/experience
Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum: $44,496.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum: $59,976.00 annual
