Harborview Medical Center - Radiology Services- has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist (job profile: Patient Services Specialist
3).
- Full-time Days (100% FTE)
- Monday
- Friday 10:30am-7:00pm

- Schedule patients focusing on patient safety and reducing the likelihood of medical health errors
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Audit online tickets, scheduling appointments for accuracy of order placement, referral completion and resource selection
- Act as a subject expert for the department scheduling model, think critically, and troubleshoot Epic errors for the team
- Function proficiently within the team to assist with training of new staff and act as go team resource
- Support team Lead in day-to-day operational goals
- Respond to patient's need and concerns as appropriate maintaining Patient First mentality
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Two years Patient Services Specialist 2 experience
- OR
- equivalent combination of education/experience
