Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleDay shifts, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) with varied start times and variable days of the week. Call requirement is to pick up 8-10 call shifts per month.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist with a strong background in inpatient hospital settings. The ideal candidate will perform MRI procedures, including Neuro, Ortho, MRA's, and body exams, with a focus on patient care and safety. You will work with Siemens equipment in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
Responsibilities- Conduct MRI scans according to standard protocols and procedures.
- Administer IVs as needed and maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a Level I trauma and stroke center.
- Maintain equipment and ensure quality control of MRI images.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including call requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in a hospital inpatient setting.
- ARRT certification with MRI Advanced Certification.
- Active Washington state RT license.
- Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is preferred.
- Ability to float within the facility as needed.
