Blink Health is scaling fast and People Operations needs to scale with it. The Global People Operations Scaling Lead — AI & Automation is a newly created, high‑impact role at the intersection of HR operations, systems thinking, and applied AI. This person will serve as the architectural brain behind how People Ops is built, automated, and scaled across our US and India operations.

This person thinks in processes, systems, and workflows — and brings the technical fluency to translate People Ops requirements into scalable solutions. They will work across every pillar of the HR support model — onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, immigration, and employee experience — identifying friction points, designing better infrastructure, and partnering with engineering, systems and vendor teams to bring automation to life.
