We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting opportunity in a skilled nursing facility. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in long-term care and rehabilitation.

• Shift: 8-hour days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period

• Required Experience:
  
  1 year of experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC)
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
• First-Time Travelers:
  Not accepted

• Possession of own transportation is necessary
• Primary series COVID vaccination along with one booster is required
• Pending license applications may be considered
• Weekend work is not required
• No floating to other units is required
