A leading cruise company is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to ensure exceptional service quality onboard for the 2026 season. In this role, you will support the Hotel Manager in managing the Hotel Department, overseeing cleanliness and service standards, and contributing to guest satisfaction. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and at least 3 years of management experience in a relevant field.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including extensive onboard time. Accommodation and meals are provided.
