• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and diagrams, including tables, chairs, linens
• Work closely with the banquet team to ensure timely completion of set-up tasks
• Respond to requests from event organizers and staff to make adjustments or additions to the set-up
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events, including removing furniture, equipment, and decorations
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain or Event Coordinator

• Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of sales experience in a restaurant or hotel operation

• Are a Team Player with a guest first attitude
• Have 1+ year Server experience
• Are 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol)
• Have a passion for great food and great fun
