Position SummaryHourly rate: $22.00 per hour.
The Night Audit Representative is responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing superior guest service in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
- Accurately record and report all property receipts.
- Follow cash handling procedures as outlined by the accounting department.
- Collect payment at checkout and provide change as needed.
- Perform all end‑of‑day front‑desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy.
- Balance credit card postings to the computer system and maintain database integrity daily.
- Audit master bills and prepare all computer systems for the following day.
- Maintain daily backups of files and tapes.
- Prepare, balance, post, and distribute all necessary reports.
- Interact professionally with all departments, providing necessary information.
- Demonstrate the Radisson experience and genuine hospitality, exceeding guest expectations.
- Listen, apologize with empathy, find solutions, and follow through on guest problems.
- Use teamwork when providing guest service.
- Assume responsibility for guest satisfaction and apply the 100% Guest Satisfaction standards appropriately.
- Perform other duties requested by management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality.
- Minimum one year of hotel front‑desk experience, or equivalent customer service experience.
- Experience in Opera System preferred.
- Proficient in mathematics and able to make accurate calculations using a 10‑key calculator.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.
- Adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Stand, stoop, or bend for the entire shift.
- Lift up to 20 pounds.
