Join us to be part of the Front Office Team at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. As a Front Office Host, you will be responsible for guest registration, communicating hotel services and promotions, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries. You will be the face of Hyatt and have the opportunity to create a memorable guest experience.

The Overnight Host/Night Auditor prepares all night audit procedures and reports, balances the day’s work, identifies and corrects errors, and completes detailed work accurately. The role also includes greeting guests, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and addressing guest requests on the third shift in a friendly, attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

The hourly rate ranges from $28.70 to $30.29. The starting rate is $28.70. Colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more earn $29.27. Lead colleagues earn $29.70, and Lead(4+yrs) earn $30.29.

Hourly colleagues of the Front Desk are eligible to participate in applicable upsell incentive programs and are responsible for assisting guests with upgrades at the Front Desk.
