Position: (Front Office) Assistant Front Office Manager

Overview

We are currently looking for an energetic, service oriented, fun individual to join our team as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Director of Rooms, Front Office Manager, Co‑Managers and other leadership to Head Front Desk, Guest Services Bell/Valet, Night Audit, PBX and Security Team.
  • Train, enforce and uphold service standards.
  • Participate in daily operations to ensure a successful guest experience, especially for special requests and VIPs.
  • Oversee associate performance including supervision, scheduling, training, counseling/formal coaching, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
  • Provide ongoing training as needed to maintain service and satisfaction scores and trends and address issues to make improvements.
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments such as Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, etc., to ensure services are aligned for guest and associate satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency of the English language.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to organize, delegate & work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and the Internet.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends, evenings & holidays.
  • Previous experience overseeing associates under a collective bargaining agreement is a plus.
  • 3+ years experience in a Front Office/Reservations position with 1+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury property.
