As a Guest Service Host, you will greet guests with an authentic smile, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, answer inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure a positive and memorable stay.

• Assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and local area queries.
• Address guest feedback and special requests promptly.
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain the front desk area, stand for long periods, lift luggage, and move around the desk as needed.
• Multitask, prioritize guest needs, and adapt to changing situations with a positive mindset.

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills; caring, compassionate, respectful.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including standing, lifting, and moving around the front desk.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.

Salary: $20.30 – $21 per hour.
