Laundry Attendant - SEASW

We take laundry seriously. We are searching for a Laundry Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to ensure every single linen and guest item is washed, dried, and folded to meet our exceptional standards.

Clean and store linens/uniforms in a timely, organized manner to meet hotel laundry needs.

Receive soiled lines by bag, cart, or chute, sort by kind, color, and soil degree, and inspect for damaged or stained items.

Operate washers and dryers according to recommended capacity and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring required chemicals are added in correct quantities.

Fold clean linens, store appropriately, operate linen feeder, sheet folder, towel folder, and table linen ironer machines.

Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.

Monitor and control supplies, minimizing waste within the laundry facility.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

May assist with other duties as assigned.

We cater to guest needs 24/7. While shifts are assigned, we may require varying shifts across a 7-day period, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Must have the legal right to work in the U.S., live in the U.S., and be ready for in-person interviews.

Basic reading, writing, math skills. Some laundry experience and ability to speak English preferred.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push or pull ~400 pounds. Frequently standing, moving, handling objects, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in high temperatures near heavy equipment.

Communication skills utilized when interacting with other employees and supervisors. Reading and writing abilities and basic math skills used when determining chemical amounts and logging appropriate poundage.

May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
