Guest Services Agent – Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests from arrival through their stay.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest.
• Interact with all guests and welcome them to the hotel.
• Open doors for guests arriving by vehicle, escort them to the front desk for check‑in, and assist with luggage.
• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested.
• Explain hotel amenities and local information while escorting guests to their rooms.
• Work with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience.
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.

• At least one year of experience in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Strong teamwork skills and a pleasant, helpful personality.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and move back and forth to the valet lot and other areas of the hotel.
• Outgoing and engaging communication style.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and flexible shift availability, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $22.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (72 hours per year), 7 paid holidays, and hotel discounts.
