What You Will Do As a Guest Services Representative, you will:

Welcome guests and provide a friendly, efficient check-in experience

Handle check-outs and ensure billing accuracy

Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests

Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Process payments and maintain accurate records

Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Occasionally lift, carry, or move items such as luggage or supplies

Maintain focus and professionalism during busy shifts
