What you'll do:

Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and set rooms accordingly
Set up and clear rooms daily for banquet functions, including moving tables chairs, furniture & dance floors
Accurately forecast number and types of furniture needed and anticipate the need for additional items
Assure that banquet rooms are set properly and remain site tour ready at all times
Maintain proper care of all banquet equipment and return to its proper location
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

What You Bring:

One – two years' experience in related environment strongly preferred
Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines
