Senior Recruiter

We’re looking for a high-caliber Recruiter to join a fast-growing global tech company for an initial 4-month contract (with potential to extend). You’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles — from technical (Platform, Data, AI, Android, SDET, SDM) to GTM and G&A (PMMs, AEs, FP&A, PR, CSM) — while partnering closely with hiring managers across the U.S., EMEA, UK, and Spain.

This is a hands-on, strategic recruiting role — perfect for someone who thrives in high-bar environments, knows how to “talk shop” with engineers and product teams, and can coach leaders through thoughtful hiring decisions.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and business roles
• Partner with leaders to advise on hiring strategy, market insights, and process improvements
• Leverage tools like Ashby, Metaview, Notion, Juicebox,  , and Linked In Recruiter
• Represent the company onsite in Seattle — especially during University recruiting season — to host candidates and champion the employer brand

• ✅ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical + non-technical)
• ✅ Proven success hiring globally (U.S., EMEA, UK, Spain)
• ✅ Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
• ✅ Ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth, high-expectation environment

4-Month Minimum (extension possible)
