Technical Sourcer - E-Commerce - Seattle (Third-Party Contractor)

Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters across English- and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and calibrate on talent needs to ensure sourcing efforts are targeted and effective.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent for critical roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through channels such as Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, and other niche technical communities.
• Refine and improve sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall effectiveness of the hiring funnel.
• Support and lead talent acquisition projects, including virtual hiring events, market intelligence reports, and diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (in-house or agency).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach to a technical audience.
• Experience with sourcing tools like Linked In Recruiter and other social media or technical forums.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and pipelines.

• Experience hiring for Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform sourcing strategy and measure success.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial for cross-cultural collaboration with global stakeholders in Chinese-speaking regions.
