Aboutthe Role
We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Charleston. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple functions. If you love relationship‑building, fast‑paced work, and finding great people for great roles — this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles (sourcing → offer).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Source candidates using Linked In, job boards, referrals, and creative channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, skills, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, IT, or corporate functions is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and Linked In Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Success Factors, Greenhouse, etc.).
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Work with a collaborative and supportive recruiting team.
- Partner with leadership and make real hiring impact.

The pay rate is $40‑$45 per hour. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
