• Full‑cycle recruiting for engineering positions across various levels, from proficiency to senior and managerial roles
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels
• Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs
• Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter)
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's mission, culture, and opportunities

• Proven in‑house recruiting experience in SaaS, specifically for R&D roles
• Strong ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed
• Experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective partnership with executives
• Availability for occasional travel for meetings and events (~1x per quarter)

• Experience using AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows and enhance candidate experience
• A data‑driven mindset with the ability to report and act on key recruiting metrics
• Continuous improvement mindset, testing and refining recruiting strategies and processes
