Derflan is seeking a Recruiter II to join our consulting team supporting a global technology company within its high growth recruiting organization.

This consultant will support high volume hiring efforts for technical and language focused roles, partnering closely with recruiting partners and hiring managers to process candidates, conduct sourcing activities, and manage pipelines. The role requires strong organizational skills, hands on sourcing experience, and the ability to operate efficiently across multiple systems and workflows in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, comfort working with Boolean search logic, and a strong focus on candidate and stakeholder experience. This consultant must be able to ramp quickly, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in an environment with aggressive hiring timelines.

Annual Base Salary: $94,000 USD + Full Benefits

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Process high volumes of candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
  • Review candidate assessments and manage active recruiting pipelines
  • Support candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate data and status updates across recruiting systems
  • Build and execute Boolean search strings to source qualified candidates
  • Support sourcing efforts for technical and language focused roles
  • Partner with recruiting partners to identify, assess, and pipeline talent
  • Support screening and interview preparation as needed
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Interact regularly with recruiting partners and hiring stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings and one on one check ins during ramp up
  • Support coordination and communication across recruiting workflows
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Complete data entry and system updates accurately and efficiently
  • Support reporting, tracking, and recruiting operations tasks
  • Manage heads down work requiring focus, organization, and attention to detail
Basic Qualifications
  • 3 to 7 years of recruiting or sourcing experience at a major tech company (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools
  • Hands on experience writing and executing Boolean search strings
  • Experience supporting candidate engagement and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to process high volumes of candidates in a structured recruiting environment
  • Comfort working onsite in a fast paced, collaborative team setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting language based or AI related roles
  • Exposure to large language models or AI technologies
  • Experience recruiting within large enterprise environments
