Job Title
Senior Compensation Analyst

OverviewThe Senior Compensation Analyst (Contractor) will collaborate with the compensation team, support company-wide initiatives and focus on market pricing execution, equity administration support, tool and tracker maintenance, process enhancement, and system administration in support of solving business problems.
Roles and responsibilities- Update compensation tools such as the Recruiter Compensation Tool and Internal Adjustment Compensation Tool to support offer strategy and compensation consulting, and equip the comp team, talent acquisition team and HR Business Partners, and managers with data-driven insights.
- Support the annual salary planning activities by benchmarking base salary range and equity targets against the market including job matching and preparation of salary survey submissions.
- Assist with equity administration processes, including weekly new-hire audits and preparation of monthly and quarterly equity grant files.
- Provide support to the Annual Review and Mid-Year compensation processes by providing enterprise-wide analysis and modeling, collaborating with other HR COEs to deliver cross-functional results.
- Maintain compensation structure and ranges in Workday and support the job governance process and ongoing job architecture project.
- Handle compensation inquiries and respond to requests for information from both employees and key partners in the Service Now system.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements, safeguard data quality and integrity across compensation systems and resources, build and document compensation procedures and processes to streamline workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- May assist in change management for major compensation projects and initiatives, including training and communications.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field and 5+ years of experience in compensation or a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet, and possess good understanding of HR programs/systems.
- Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills to effectively interpret and leverage data for decision-making purposes.
- Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
- Strong customer and business partnership focus.
- Eager to learn and can build successful partnerships with key stakeholders within or outside of the People (HR) team.
- Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be comfortable in a dynamic and remote environment.
- Exercise professional judgment in dealing with sensitive employee data.
- Experience with third party survey tools (Aon (Radford, McLagan), Mercer (Comptryx), ERI) is preferred.
