HR Operations Manager

Seattle, WA

A premier, high growth Multi‑Family Office is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own and execute core HR operations during a period of continued growth. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced HR professional who values clarity, accountability, and operational excellence.

The firm partners with ultra‑high‑net‑worth families delivering comprehensive, long‑term advisory services. Internally, the organization is focused on building a disciplined, high‑performing culture with strong operational foundations.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
  • Execute performance review cycles and related processes
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee HR questions
  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding with leadership and external recruiters
  • Administer HRIS, payroll coordination, and benefits (ADP preferred)
  • Partner with Finance on compensation, payroll, and data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy consistency
  • Improve HR workflows, systems, and onboarding materials
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles
  • Strong HRIS experience; ADP strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment practices
  • Experience in financial services or professional services is a plus
