- Serving as the primary administrator for UKG Pro, including user access, security roles, configuration, and business processes
- Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 HRIS support and managing vendor escalations
- Supporting system implementations, upgrades, feature rollouts, and process improvements
- Maintaining data integrity through audits, standards, and ongoing system monitoring
- Developing reports and dashboards to support strategic HR decision‑making
- Identifying automation opportunities and leading workflow optimization projects
- Training employees and leaders on HR systems and processes; creating user guides and documentation
- Supporting recruiting operations and partnering with the Recruiting Program Manager on recruitment initiatives
- Assisting with total rewards programs including benefits, paid time off, and equitable pay practices
- Participating in special projects that support broader HR initiatives
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations and/or HR technology roles
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS configuration (UKG Pro preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR business processes including payroll, benefits, compensation, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws.
