Recruitment Resourcer​/Recruiter

A boutique UK recruitment consultancy is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to own its entire candidate pipeline. This is a fully remote role from South Africa, aligned to UK hours, reporting directly to the founder who has run this model before.

• Call candidates at volume and qualify them beyond the CV
• Source and headhunt on Linked In with targeted searches
• Conduct screening calls against detailed UK B2B sales vacancy briefs
• Write clear, well-structured shortlists for the founder
• Keep candidates warm from first contact through to offer
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate pipeline and admin

• Two to three years of hands-on recruitment or resourcing experience
• Experience recruiting into the UK market
• Confident Linked In sourcing, via Recruiter or standard search
• Clear spoken and written English suitable for UK candidates
• Reliable connection, good headset and home setup for calls
• Nice to have experience in sales recruitment or with FMCG, food service, finance or property
