Remote Recruitment is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the new starter journey from offer letter to first week, ensuring hires arrive with contracts signed, checks cleared and induction booked.
What you'll do- Issue offer letters, contracts and new starter documentation
- Run right to work and reference checks and track completion
- Set up new starters on the HR system and payroll
- Coordinate induction schedules with hiring managers and IT
- Chase outstanding paperwork before day one
- Report on onboarding progress and time to start
- Experience with onboarding, HR administration or recruitment coordination
- Familiarity with an HRIS such as BambooHR, HiBob or Workable
- Confident handling of confidential employee data
- Strong follow up across many simultaneous starters
- Clear, warm written English for candidate communication
- Nice to have UK right to work or DBS processes
