We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and administer human resources policies, programs, and services.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on human resources-related matters.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Develop and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
    Nice to Have:
  • Experience with HR data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII or ADA.
  • Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
