In this role you will serve as a critical enabler of Weyerhaeuser's Talent Management & Recruiting strategy by ensuring our core talent processes run effectively and consistently. Acting as the system-level steward of Talent Management within UKG Pro, you will configure, launch, and manage talent programs across the enterprise, bringing to life processes such as goal planning, performance reviews, succession planning, coaching & feedback, and development tracking.

  • Support succession planning cycles, including People Day preparation, data updates, and post-session actions
  • Manage ongoing data maintenance for talent profiles, succession plans, and development activities
  • Evaluate ongoing HCM updates and product releases within Talent modules to identify, test and deploy new enhancements as aligned with the business needs
  • Support internal business controls and audit requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related talent questions from employees, managers, and HRBPs
  • Troubleshoot issues and partner with HRIT teams to resolve system or configuration challenges
  • Deliver training and guidance to HRBPs and stakeholders to support effective adoption of talent processes
  • Continuously assess and improve process efficiency, system usability, and user experience

  • 5+ years' experience working with HRIS or HCM systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP Success Factors, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage highly structured, process-driven work
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience working with HR data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines during cyclical, high-volume periods
