Base salary range: $167,000 – $230,000. Eligible for equity and annual performance‑based bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and time‑off policies.

Otter builds digital infrastructure that helps restaurants grow in an environment where off‑premise demand outpaces the tools built to support it. We turn messy, multi‑channel data into clear, actionable insights that restaurant operators rely on.

• Own end‑to‑end product outcomes in a portfolio that includes analytics, live monitoring & alerts, operational insights, and data reliability.
• Translate operator problems into products that turn messy, multi‑channel data into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with platform, data, and finance teams to improve freshness, accuracy, lineage, and metric definitions so our products become the system of record operators rely on.
• Prioritize use cases that prevent revenue loss, identify defects, and drive measurable operational improvements.
• Build modular capabilities that accelerate new use cases without custom work.
• Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and Customer teams to ship iteratively and learn fast.
• Define success metrics and move adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, data SLAs, and revenue impact.

• 5+ years product management with data/analytics, platform, or operational tooling.
• Ship insight‑to‑action products (dashboards, alerts, workflows) that delivered measurable business results.
• Data fluency: comfortable in SQL, metrics design, and experiment/impact analysis; partner deeply with data science and engineering.
• Strong product judgment & UX instincts – design for busy operators.
• Cross‑functional leadership across engineering, design, GTM, and customer‑facing teams; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: experience with data quality/governance, metric standardization, BI/visualization tools, or multi‑location enterprise customers.
