Network Resident Engineer -Aruba

As a Network Resident Engineer
-Aruba, you will be an embedded member of the customer’s team, serving as the onsite networking expert. You will maintain, optimize, and align the customer’s Aruba-based infrastructure with best practices while supporting daily operations, migrations, and integrations.

• Serve as the onsite subject matter expert for Aruba networking products, providing daily technical support and consultation.
• Conduct routine network checks to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with standards.
• Support network migrations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Update and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Proactively identify potential issues, monitor network health, and track task progress.
• Partner with key stakeholders to execute projects across all phases of the lifecycle.

• Strong networking background with hands‑on experience in Aruba portfolio: AOS 8, AOS 10, Aruba Central, Airwave, and Clear Pass (SME level).
• Customer‑facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
