The Digital Marketing Manager is a results‑driven expert who executes high‑impact campaigns to generate leads, accelerate conversions, and grow revenue. This role optimizes performance across channels, applies best‑in‑class tactics, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable ROI. Leveraging data‑driven insights, advanced marketing strategies, and innovative digital solutions, the ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to optimize the digital funnel— from awareness to conversion—while championing emerging technologies that keep PEMCO competitive.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Accelerate organic growth by executing advanced SEO strategies, auditing and optimizing content, and driving qualified traffic.
- Lead agency partnerships, providing strategic direction and performance oversight to ensure aggressive lead‑gen and ROI targets within budget.
- Optimize the conversion funnel by analyzing user behavior and campaign data, implementing precision‑driven changes to accelerate quote‑to‑purchase conversions.
- Own performance marketing across search, social, display, email, SMS, and push channels; track KPIs and deliver insights that fuel growth.
- Scale lead generation by building and expanding acquisition programs using analytics to identify trends and refine tactics.
- Command paid search, designing and optimizing campaigns with mastery—keyword strategy, ad copy testing, and bid management.
- Drive cross‑functional impact by collaborating with social, PR, creative, sales, product, IT, and marketing teams to embed acquisition strategies into broader GTM plans.
- Perform performance analysis, monitor channel performance, and implement continuous optimization for year‑over‑year growth and healthy ROI.
- Champion digital innovation by advocating emerging technologies, marketing automation, and AI‑driven solutions, and educating teams on best practices.
- Protect brand and culture by upholding PEMCO’s brand standards and values and supporting a culture of growth and innovation.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PEMCO’s policies, values, code of ethics, and business conduct.

- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 10 years of marketing experience, including a focus on marketing automation.
- 7 years of progressive experience managing marketing efforts, driving web traffic, and converting traffic to leads and quotes.
- Deep understanding of acquisition strategies, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, paid media, and conversion optimization to drive measurable business growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and build performance dashboards.
- Precision and detail orientation with accurate campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Google and Adobe Analytics, paid search platforms, landing page development, A/B testing, and lead generation tools.
- Project and resource management skills to manage budgets, timelines, and agency relationships.
- Cross‑functional leadership and strong collaboration skills to align partners across the customer journey and sales funnel.
