About the Role:

Job Title: Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Business Shaping - Develop and execute multi-year, data-driven sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, stakeholder needs, and corporate social responsibility (supplier diversity, ethical sourcing, sustainability). Demonstrates cross-category and cross-industry expertise.
• Portfolio & Project Management - Manage a portfolio of sourcing projects independently. Drive execution, problem-solve, and ensure timely delivery. Lead post-mortems and continuously improve processes.
• Business Case Development - Create robust business cases for sourcing initiatives, analyzing strategic, financial, and organizational impact to gain stakeholder alignment.
• Value Creation - Build and maintain a value pipeline by leveraging supplier and stakeholder relationships. Analyze market trends and cost drivers to implement savings, innovation, and margin protection strategies.
• Supplier Management & Innovation - Manage strategic suppliers, lead business reviews, and foster partnerships built on trust and transparency. Promote supplier-led innovation aligned with business needs.
• Risk Mitigation & Contracting
  -Lead end-to-end contracting with strong negotiation skills. Identify and address supply chain and supplier risks, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience
• Business savvy, ability to validate and benchmark as needed
• Food or similar experience
• Smart Sheets
• Intermediate to Master in MS Office Suite, (including Excel pivot tables, managing complex formulas + data)
• Nice to have - BI Apps, Oracle ERS, SAP Ariba, Power BI, Tableau, or other like systems

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $115,000 - $124,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
