• Develop and manage Tik Tok Shop’s risk monitoring and indicator systems to detect anomalies and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business, algorithm, and product teams to design and deliver technical solutions addressing complex business risk challenges.
• Conduct investigations into illicit and grey-market activities, producing high-quality risk intelligence reports and strategic insights.
• Analyze U.S. market data to identify macro trends, root causes of risks, and actionable improvements to minimize exposure.
• Apply advanced data analytics, statistical learning, and data mining techniques to strengthen team capabilities and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and relevant analytical tools/languages.
• Proven track record in risk detection, analysis, and strategy development, with a strong understanding of risk control systems and methodologies.
• Strong business judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in black/grey market risk mitigation, account security, or content safety strategy development.
• Familiarity with e-commerce risk perception and mitigation mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams, driving initiatives from problem discovery to solution implementation.
