As our Growth Product Manager
, you are a core architect of that engine—laser‑focused on signups, conversion, and product adoption for both agents and landlords. You will own as a growth surface, shaping funnels, improving conversion paths, and leading CRO across key pages and signup flows. You’ll also drive in‑product adoption and retention
, partnering with product, design, and engineering to build experiences that move users from “I’m interested” to “I rely on Rent Spree.”
You will build a test‑and‑learn roadmap across the website, onboarding, in‑product education, engagement, and cross‑sell/upsell. You self‑serve with data, craft sharp hypotheses, and ship improvements that measurably move adoption and retention. And you bring a modern growth toolkit:

You’ll partner closely with our SVP of Growth & Marketing
, product leadership, and cross‑functional teams across design, engineering, data, and sales.
Hybrid in Seattle, WA — three in‑office collaboration days weekly plus occasional travel for offsites and events.
What You’ll Do- Own as a growth surface — site strategy, funnels, conversion paths (visit → signup), and the full web experimentation backlog across homepage, product pages, pricing, and signup flows.
- Drive product adoption across our agent and landlord product suite in partnership with the core product and engineering teams — improving activation, repeated usage, and long‑term retention.
- Continuously optimize key journeys (onboarding, first screening, landlord setup, landlord product adoption, repeat usage, cross‑sell/upsell).
- Define and drive a growth product roadmap focused on activation, engagement, and retention with clear hypotheses, requirements, and success metrics.
- Design and run website + product experiments – A/B, multivariate, feature flags, etc.
- Partner with design & research to translate user insights into UX improvements and guided in‑product experiences.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to ensure site and product flows reinforce lifecycle and paid acquisition strategies.
- Leverage AI and agentic workflows for personalization, dynamic UX variations, faster analysis, and scalable experimentation.
- Self‑serve analytics to size opportunities, analyze funnels, and uncover new growth levers.
- Partner with core product and engineering to ship fast, high‑impact iterations while balancing long‑term system health.
